Highland Fling 5K and Kids 1 & 1/2 Mile Race

Time:  7:00 for the 5K; 8:00
Where:  Mt Ridge Jr High
Fee:  $20 for 5K thru July 28th; $25 July 29th and after. 
         Youth Fun Runs $10 thru July 28th; $15 July 29th and after.

Registration starts July 1, 2010;
Same day Registraton from 6:00 AM to 6:40 AM.  Registration will close at 6:40 AM sharp.

Youth Fun Runs are 1 Mile and 1/2 mile (age 12 and under)

Packet Pick Up at Fleet Feet Sports August 5-6, from 10 AM to 6 PM or race day.
