This program is designed to help the individual runner prepare for a half-marathon.  The runner should have some running experience for this program.

Why train alone?  Have a great, positive expereince preparing for a personal achievement and start a healthy lifestyle!

Spring Program:

  • Start Date:  January 11, 2010
  • Completion Date:  March 20, 2010**
  • Informational Meeting:  Saturday, Jan 9, 2010 at 3:00 PM
  • Group Runs:  Saturdays at 7:00 AM
  • Fee:  $95 
  • Registration:  At Fleet Feet Sports or Online.
