2012 Half Marathon Training Program

This program is designed to help the individual runner prepare for a half-marathon.  The runner should have some running experience for this program.

Why train alone?  Have a great, positive expereince preparing for a personal achievement and start a healthy lifestyle!

Spring Program:

  • Start Dates:  April 15 and June 4
  • 10 Week Program
  • Informational Meeting:  Preceding the beginning of each program
  • Group Runs:  Saturdays at 8:00 AM   Also, tempo runs on Tuesdays at 7 PM
  • Fee:  $95 
  • Registration:  At Fleet Feet Sports or Online.
