No Boundries Beginner's 5k Training Program

The perfect program for the individual who wants to start a healthy lifestyle, make new friends, and work towards a common goal.

This program will run for 12 weeks and culminate with the American Fork Steel Days 5k Race in July.  This is a coached program with a detailed training schedule.  We will meet once a week at Fleet Feet Sports for a group run and educational clinics.  Each participant will receive a technical tee, a hat, a pair of socks, a water bottle and a shoe bag.

Start Date:  April 21st
Fee:            $75
Registration:  At Fleet Feet Sports
Orientation Meeting:  Saturday, April 12 @ 9 am.
Group Runs:  Saturdays, starting April 21st @ 7 am.
